1. Incoming inspection - aluminum profiles are checked for alloy grade, hardness and surface treatment; PVC fabric rolls are tested for weight, tensile strength and coating adhesion.
2. In-process inspection - frame welding, drilling, assembly tolerance and sewing quality are monitored on the production line.
3. Final inspection - every batch is assembled and checked against an AQL 2.5 sampling plan; waterproof, UV and flame-retardant performance are verified with the material certificates.

Before shipment, we send you inspection photos and videos of your actual goods, including packaging status, so there are no surprises at the port.
