Steel Component Galvanizing

Base plates, stake heads, and connectors hot-dip galvanized at 450°C to 85μm. Every batch salt spray tested 500+ hours per ASTM B117. Post-treatment chromate passivation applied.

Fabric Production & Fire Testing
