Production Process

Aluminum Extrusion & T6 Tempering

6063/6061 billets extruded at 480°C through custom profile dies. Solution heat-treated at 530°C for 4 hours, water quenched, then artificially aged at 175°C for 8 hours to achieve T6 temper. Tensile testing per ASTM B557 on every extrusion lot.

Precision CNC Machining

Profiles cut and drilled on 5-axis CNC centers with ±0.5mm positional accuracy. All fork-and-pin connection holes are chamfered and deburred. Steel base plates laser-cut and center-punched for anchor bolt alignment.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

All steel components (base plates, connectors, pins) immersed in 450°C molten zinc bath for 85μm minimum coating. Post-galvanizing passivation treatment. Salt spray tested to ASTM B117 for 500+ hours with zero red rust.

Fabric Cutting & HF Welding

18oz PVC fabric CNC-cut with 2" seam allowance. Panels joined via high-frequency (27.12 MHz) welding with 1.6" overlap. Every seam pull-tested to 500+ lbf/2" width. NFPA 701 flame test performed on every production lot — certificates traceable by lot number.

Pre-Assembly Quality Check

Every 10th unit undergoes complete pre-assembly in our 8,000 sq ft QC bay. Frame fit, fabric tension, grommet alignment, and door zipper function verified. 4-hour water spray test on assembled unit. Every connection point inspected and signed off.
