Production Process

Heavy-Duty Aluminum Extrusion

6061-T6 billets extruded on 3600-ton press for the 300mm*140mm main profile. Post-extrusion T6 tempering (solution heat treatment at 530°C + artificial aging at 175°C for 8 hours). Every profile batch tensile tested to ≥ 310 MPa yield strength.

Precision CNC Machining

5-axis CNC machining centers drill and tap all connection holes with ±0.2mm positional tolerance. Bolt holes are chamfered and deburred. Profile ends are milled square to ±0.1° for perfect joint alignment.

Tempered Glass Fabrication

Float glass cut to size, edges polished (flat polish with arris), then tempered in a horizontal roller hearth furnace at 680°C followed by rapid air quench. Every panel tested to EN 12150: fragmentation test, surface stress ≥ 90 MPa, and dimensional inspection.

Aluminum Mullion Assembly

Powder-coated aluminum mullions (60μm coating, RAL 9016) assembled with EPDM gaskets in a clean-room environment. Glass panels inserted with 5mm edge clearance for thermal expansion. Mullion-to-frame connections use stainless steel brackets with nylon isolation washers to prevent galvanic corrosion.

Ceiling Liner & Fabric Work
