Production Process

Aluminum Extrusion & Machining

Sandwich Panel Manufacturing

0.5mm galvanized steel coils pre-painted with PE/SMP coating (25μm). EPS foam blocks (density 16-20 kg/m³) cut to 50mm thickness. Panels laminated under heat and pressure (80°C, 0.5 MPa) on continuous lamination line. PU sealant applied to all edges.

Steel Component Galvanizing
