Production Process

Raw Material Inspection

All incoming 6061-T6 aluminum extrusions undergo spectrographic composition analysis and tensile strength testing. PVC fabric is tested for weight, tear strength, and flame retardancy before acceptance into inventory.

Precision CNC Cutting

Aluminum profiles are cut to length on CNC machining centers with tolerance of ±0.5mm. All bolt holes are drilled and tapped with automated alignment jigs for perfect fit.

Surface Treatment

Aluminum profiles undergo anodizing (15μm thickness) for corrosion resistance. Steel components are hot-dip galvanized to 85μm minimum coating thickness, salt spray tested to 500+ hours.

Fabric Cutting & HF Welding

PVC fabric is CNC-cut by automated plotting machines. Panels are joined using high-frequency welding (HF) with a 40mm overlap seam, providing waterproof integrity far superior to stitched alternatives.

Pre-Assembly & Fit Check

Every 5th unit undergoes complete pre-assembly in our 8000m² factory. All connection points are verified, fabric tension is checked, and the entire structure is inspected for fit and finish.

Quality Control & Packaging

Q2: How long does it take to set up the 10x20m tent?

A trained 4-person team can complete full erection in approximately 5-6 hours. The fork-and-pin connection system is tool-free. We provide detailed multilingual assembly manuals and can offer video call guidance during your first setup.

Q3: Can I extend the tent length in the future?

Absolutely. The modular 5m bay design allows you to add additional bays at any time. Simply order extension kits and connect them to the existing structure. Width expansion is also possible by linking multiple units with our gutter connection system.

Q4: What foundation is required?

The tent can be anchored on grass (ground stakes), concrete (expansion bolts), asphalt (wedge anchors), or any solid surface. We supply the appropriate anchoring system based on your venue conditions. No concrete foundation or heavy machinery is needed.

Q5: What about wind? We operate in coastal areas.

The structure is engineered for 100 km/h wind loads as standard. For coastal or high-wind locations, we offer an upgraded anchoring package with additional guy ropes, deeper ground stakes, and reinforced base plates — wind-tunnel tested to 120 km/h.

Q6: Do you ship to all EU countries? What about customs?

We ship regularly to Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, and all other EU member states. We handle all export documentation including Certificate of Origin (Form A), commercial invoice, packing list, and CE Declaration of Conformity. For EU customers, we can arrange DDP shipping terms.
